Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Insurance is optional but not included without purchasing at checkout. Buyers who opt out of insured delivery do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for any item after it has been picked up by the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Dolls Aren't Real every baby is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. We want you to be completely happy with your new reborn baby, and we are committed to making your experience as special as possible.

Custom Orders

Because each reborn baby is uniquely created to your preferences, custom orders are made especially for you. If your baby arrives and does not meet your expectations, please contact us within [X days] of delivery so we can help find the best solution.

Revisions & Exchanges

If your baby needs adjustments, we offer FREE revisions whenever possible to help bring your vision to life. If a revision is not the right option, you may request an exchange for another available baby, subject to approval.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The baby must be returned in the same condition as received.
All clothing, accessories, certificates, and included items must be returned.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your reborn baby arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
